A good place for business partners over dinner as well as family dinner. MPV Seafood Restaurant is located in Chears where they had been in business for more than 10 years. With a bubbly lady boss and her hubby as a passionate cook, the restaurant is run by the couple. I’ve been here for a few years now and since I’m not really good at the Chinese dishes names, I didn’t do a review till now when, some of the dishes were quite interesting.
Duck Pancake dish, deep fried duck chopped to be served with vegetables, pancake wraps and sauce.
Steam thin slices of pancake wraps like cepati.
with the sauce and vegetables.
Deep fried pork ribs. Crispy pork ribs in 3 layer meat with a combination of fats, tender texture and well marinated.
Asam Fish, fresh meat with asam sour and spicy.
Hong Kong Vegetables in Claypot. Served steamy hot. Surprisingly, the taste is pretty unique unlike normal vegetables, this is certainly special and is imported from HK.
Vegetables in soup. Clear soup with strong aroma of the vegetables aside form all the meaty dishes we’ve ordered, some vegetables is what we need.
Fruits are served after meals. Great way to digest all that we’ve had.
As together with my parents and two Hong Kong friends, the lady boss was so kind and asked us to try their Guai Lin Go for dessert.
Total bill was RM 233, for 5 person inclusive of tea, rice, titbits and 5% service charge.
