I was invited to Sharp Beauty Workshop II at Blu Med in Mid Valley, thanks to Jess for the invitation and ChurpChurp + Nuffnang for organizing the wonderful workshop!
I’ve heard of Plasmacluster from other brands, however I didn’t know how it actually work as there isn’t a salesperson in electrical departmental store that could explain these to me. Through the Sharp Beauty Workshop, Faizal Chew, Marketing Manager of Sharp Malaysia did a very detailed presentation of Plasmacluster and it’s benefits of clean air to us.
In summary, Plasmacluster Ions Clean the Room Air by:
- Suppress the effects of airborne viruses
- Breaks down and removes airborne mold
- Removes and Breaks down allergens (dust mite feces and dead dust mites)
- Removes odors
Hence, you get fresh clean air in a room with lock-in skin moisture.
There were demos of Sharp Plasmacluster products. The IFPB1S Hair Conditioning Dryer was the key highlight to all the ladies I believe. I’m tempted to change my hairdryer too.
You thought that Plasmacluster is good for the skin well, through the demo carried out by Number 76 style saloon, we were amazed at the results of before and after. The results are obvious on Cheesie and Jess’s hair.
When you blow-dry your hair, which I do daily, you would notice there’s static electricity on our hair.
Plasmacluster ions reduce static electricity in our hair and brush to approximately one third of typically levels. This prevents tangling while blow-drying, so you can run your fingers or a comb smoothly through your hair.
Tip: Drying your hair at approximately 45°C protects it from heat damage.

There was a mini contest to get the bloggers engaged and excited, we are to decorate the Sharp IG-DX10 Ion Generator, the most creative one will walk away one unit of IG-DX10 Ion Generator!
It was fun decorating and I haven’t been doing any “art-pieces” since high school and occasionally during festive season so while Jess helped me, I decided to doodle on the Ion Generator!
