Tiger Crystal Year End Celebration

Besides reviewing of the Tiger Crystal beer, it was a privilege to try out some Tiger Crystal Infused meal over dining at The Switch Club located at Encorp Stand in Kota Damansara. The Switch Club has been in business a couple of months ago and they provides a premier aristocratic destination of an enigmatic clubbing experience. The Switch is looking to attract a new breed of trend setters and innovators in the entertainment consumer circle  will provide the button to switch all of your senses on. 

Introducing the Tiger Crystal, limited edition refreshingly different brew from Tiger is back in conjunction with the year-end festive season. This is my first time trying out Tiger Crystal despite it’s been the second consecutive year Tiger Crystal has been around.

Tiger Crystal is set to be the choice of sophisticated urban drinkers who know what they want, a bottle of Tiger Crystal with refreshingly crisp, easy drinking position yet full flavored characteristic.

The appearance of Tiger Crystal is clear bright golden yellow with moderate visible carbonation. It smells of sweet adjunct, grassy grain and husk. The taste is sweet and light very refreshing and easy to drink with dull bitterness. Mouthfeel of it you’ll taste slightly similar to the original Tiger Beer however minus the gassy carbonated feeling. Overall, it’s a good drink during the festive season, refreshing over just chilling with friends or over a meal.

Serving the appetizer after we’ve had our Tiger Crystal, is the Cold Water Prawns with White Fungus and Iberian Ham. Very fresh prawns served with white fungus and Iberian ham toped with flowers and black sesame. 

Passion Fruit Marinated Duck Pie Tee
The colours are very appealing serving the crispy pie tee (Top Hats) with marinated duck and passion jam the taste of sweetness melts in your mouth while ending with alittle spiciness from the chili; indeed a unique taste. 

Serving main entree is the Caribbean Style Salmon and Sole Fish infused with Tiger Crystal, served with clams, tomatos, caviar, and half a slice of orange. Sweet sour taste. I believed the men won’t be filling over this dish however they can opt for the next one. 

The Lamb Shank, nice tender meat real soft and the spices are great paired together infused with Tiger Crystal and the gravy is slightly sweet.

Dessert is the Crystal Kiwi, with fresh Kiwi juice at the bottom of the tube while Tiger Crystal beer floats above it due to the density is lower and sealing the top with crunchy bits of passion fruits.
Best to drink it all at one shot. 

Its been a wonderful meal and the menu is only available during this festive season and upon special group booking arrangements with The Switch Club management. Prices for the dishes are not available however you may contact the person in charge of the Switch Club to specially prepare.
