Stumble upon Crumbs while I was in Bangsar neighborhood, noticing it’s newly open as I haven’t seen the shop before, decided to give it a try. Turns out I had an exciting tea time (Christmas Mood is On).
Crumbs is your new kid around the block in Lucky Garden Bangsar neighborhood, they had been open for business since 10.10.11, operates only half a shop lot. Crumbs logo is a cheeky logo of a mug with a mustache on it. Founded by 3 partners started Crumbs two months ago.
Special christmas menu is available from now till 15 January 2012.
*slight typo above in the promotion material*
Candy Cane Chocolate, RM 9
Love the toping, just lovely and cute with candy cane, along with a Snowman mug.
Hot cocoa and the toping of christmas mood kept me smiling for the whole day; just comforting.
Christmas Kinda, RM 13.50
Roast chicken, cranberry jam, gravy and cheddar.
For sandwiches you may choose 3 types of bread. Here I choose the long bread, the sandwiches or better known as Hot Sammich here in Crumbs, serves their sandwiches in a basket and with fresh greens and chips instead of french fries.
Peach and Ginger Cheesecake, RM 6.50
Smooth texture of Peach and a pinch of ginger cheesecake.
Pumpkin Carrot Cake, RM 5.00
Tast like cinnamon, unique and it’s not too sweet. Comes in a cupcake style topped with cheese.
The cakes selection are not on the menu, visit the counter to check out the cake selection available.
Blondies, RM 5.00. Walnuts and chocolates topped with icing sugar. Similar to brownies.
Hot Mocha, RM 7.50
It’s served in a tall mug. Worth it!
Ice Lemon Tea, RM 4.50
Tall Black, RM 6.00
There’s two choices of coffee you may choose,
The fancy beans (Bristrot 1919) and Local Kopi (Aik Cheong).
Jakatar Toast, RM 4.50
Similar like french toast, The Jakatar Toast is highly recommended, consist of cheddar cheese, chocolate rice, condensed milk and bread.
comes with a cheeky tag line: “Best consume while naked“
The Yobs, RM 10.50
Egg salad, chicken ham, tomatoes and leaves served with chips
Crumbs menu. Serving only sandwiches and cakes. There’s also soups and salad.
I like how cheeky their menu and dishes names are, and the overall concept.
Lately, these new cafe have been mushrooming up in different parts of KL each have their own unique style and I enjoy this one small yet cozy cafe of Crumbs and their serving of healthy and unique food (something you don’t normally see in KL, at least).
