On my Sandakan trip besides having a wonderful Shit like looking yogurt ice cream in 7 Haven which I’m gonna be reviewing later I also had the chance to try out the Cow Shit Tart randomly as passing by some shops spotted a few buddies together with me on the media trip so they asked me to try the awesome tart! Honestly, the name attracts me into the shop!
The direct translation from cantonese Ngao Si Tat (牛屎塔) in english known as the Cow Shit/dung tart! Whereas some call it the UFO tart. Its egg white creamy topped it’s just fluffy and soft! Taste pretty good surprisingly it’s sweet and the bottom part is like sponge cake.
so far, I only spotted this at the Kwong Loong Coffee Shop it’s located directly opposite the AM BAnk and nearby the Sandakan Central Market!
