Nails stick on had became rather “popular” so the other day, while shopping around Mid Valley I purchased Elianto Glamour Nails Stick On with a promo price of only RM 9.
It’s my first try on stick on nails. The pack provided basic tools and instructions.
Surprisingly, Nails Stick On is rather easy to apply. Yet towards the 8th fingers I got a little bored having to continue buffering the ends.
Basically, here’s how it works. You prep your nails as how you normally do when applying nail polish, then apply a base coat. Next, you pick up one of the nail stick on and place them on your fingers nicely and stick it, the excess stickers you just have to buff it off in one direction. It’s rather simple, and as you go on eventually you will find it easy. Lastly, apply a top/base coat to protect the texture on top of your nails. I’ve applied two coats as I was afraid the glitter would fall off.
The cons for this particular gold glitter stick on was, as I buffer to make the stick on fit perfectly on my nails, all those glitter powder starts dropping on to the ground and on my table. Quite a hassle to clean them, so if you liked the glitter texture from Elianto, best you do this in the bathroom or lay newspapers.
The result was satisfying. I believe it’s not easy to have these pretty Gold Nails as I’ve yet to find any brand which offer good quality gold glitter, perhaps OPI would have it. Don’t mind my cuticles, they are superb dry.
Well, these stick on lasted me for only 8 days. Despite it stating would last up to 14 days, maybe if you wanted it to last a little longer, you will need to take care of your nails better. Mine started pealing at the side, after day 6.
Have you tried on any Stick On Nails? If so do share with me your experiences and from which brand. This is my first time trying.
