Garage 51 proudly presents to you by Coffee Societe which was opened by a friend of mine. Garage 51 is only less than a month old and had already attracted many Sunway residents and students on weekdays and weekends.
The theme is inspired by car workshop, hence the name Garage 51 featuring rustic design, you’ll also be able to spot lots of wood and container metal elements. It is also strategically located in PJS 11 where we see many car workshops around, now while waiting to pimp your ride or servicing you can drop by for a cup of coffee.
Garage 51 serves “The Societe Blend” which consist of 100% Arabic beans originated from South & Central America as well as Asia Pacific. For coffee enthusiast, Single Origin is available in house with a variety of brewing methods.
It’s a full house for both weekdays and weekends as I’ve visited Garage 51 for about 3 times by now. Apart from coffee, Garage 51 serves a handful of hot meals and 1 special of the day weekday set lunch which comes with lemonade.
Tip: Weekday and Weekend menu are different, if you would like to try out their food be sure to drop by on different days.

The Societe Blend is rather mild to medium bodied, I would recommend you to add an extra shot (+RM2) if you would like your coffee to be stronger and bolder.
During my first visit, due to popular demand most of the food items on menu were sold out hence, I had to settle with Muesli for lunch. I love the crunchy muesli served with peach and it’s flora touch. After a word with the owner, Kar Wai had promised to improve their food inventory, hence this shouldn’t happen again.

Tip: Ladies or guys relax your body from holding onto your bags by hanging them onto the hook provided below every table at Garage 51.
As Garage 51 is relatively near to me, this is a coffee place I’ll be rather frequent with, unless I’m craving for fuller bodied coffee, nevertheless this is a great place for meet up’s over a quick lunch or to hang around for a discussion.
