Before each swimming lesson, after warming up Eu Juan our coach will explain some of the basic things on what we will learn.Did You Know?
- You can open your mouth, laugh underwater and even sneeze, talk, shout underwater?
- To sink or sit at the bottom of the pool, one needs to exhale out all as much air from the lungs possible until you feel like sinking a normal person is able to stay in the water for 30-45 seconds or longer depending on how calm you are.
- To prevent water from entering to your nose, you need to blow thru your nose non-stop!.
- Swimming may not need to be about strength! One can swim efficiently by feeling & controlling the invisible force in the water to use less strength but produce the same energy to swim longer distance.
