Mama Sayang a cozy Vegetarian place @ Taman Desa

Shannon Chow · August 19, 2011 · 1 Comment

A nice cozy vegetarian place that had been around the quiet neighborhood of Taman Desa. The shop is decorated in a way of olden style from it’s colourful glass and wooden door entrance to the tables and paintings on the wall in Mama Sayang. Food are good if your looking for vegetarian!
Sweet and Sour mushroom RM 11.70 deep fried slice mushroom, crispy sweet and sour (cucumber, tomato, pineapple and alittle chili) but not spicy.
Ikan Masak Aneh RM 13.70 it’s fish with special sauce slightly spicy. Made from beancurb.
homemade Beancurd RM 8.70
home made beancurd from soy beans and egg, fried and topped with gravy with mushrooms and carrots.
Chinese tea per person (RM 3 for 3 pax)
Four Royal combination RM 11.70
A dish combination of smelly beans, egg plant, ladies fingers, french beans, chili cooked with Belacan.
Mama Sayang had been around the neighborhood for about 7 – 8 years now and have a chain of vegetarians food places. All their dish are manufactured by themselves I would say it’s pretty fresh that way.
