Had a quick late brunch at around 2pm few days ago. I’ve always wanted to visit Red Beanbag, despite the mixed feedbacks on their food.
Cafe Latte, RM 9
Coffee was alright, not awesome. But it’s above average.
Piccolo Latte, RM 9
The difference between Piccolo and Cafe Latte varies between the amount of milk. Hence, Piccolo always comes in a smaller glass.
My friend had the Bella and the Jets, RM 22. It’s egg on toast with sausages.
I had the Skyscrapers, RM 17. Stacks of pancakes with maple syrup and mixed fruits. I was expecting it to come in a larger portion, but it was rather small – despite it’s named Skyscraper, it wasn’t as tall as I’ve expected. Nevertheless, the pancakes were very fluffy, it was delicious and perfect in terms of the texture.
It’s a decent cafe to chill for drinks and chitchats, I would come back for brunch/breakfast. As they offer brunch/breakfast till late afternoons. Perfect when I wake up late and could grab some bite. The coffee, was above average, certainly not a place to go if you just wanted to indulge in coffee, but for a caffeine fix, it’s acceptable.

My friends have also raved about the place. Looks good and not that overly expensive.
